Student Assistant for Product Management Team, GN Hearing

We are looking for a Student Assistant to assist with projects and assignments related to product registrations, customer visits and other(s).

The team you will be part of

At our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of the Product Management team covering EMEA, APAC and GPS, reporting to Senior Product Manager, Francisco Salas Cutillas.

We work across regions and functions, value clear communication, and support learning in a changing environment.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Create and track product registration/homologation cases with regions and partners

• Maintain certificates and documentation in SharePoint, Salesforce and internal drives

• Search, prepare and assemble regulatory/product document packages

• Follow up on open cases and expired certificates

• Coordinate customer visits (catering, rooms, materials/goodie bags)

• Arrange shipment of calibration equipment with the Technical Team

• Support additional administrative tasks for daily operations

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Are enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree for the full employment period: You are properly currently on your 2nd-year of your Bachelor

• Bring a structured, detail-focused and deadline-aware approach; work well with others and work independently

• Communicate clearly and diplomatically across cultures and levels

• Are proficient in English; Other languages will be beneficial

• Are tech-savy and comfortable with the Microsoft Suit, such as Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
