We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and scale our top titles across global markets. You'll play a key role in driving growth through strategic user acquisition, data-driven optimization, and creative testing.
What Will You Do?
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, video networks, and mobile DSPs
- Help managing influencer marketing efforts and agency relationships
- Track key KPIs and leverage data to drive the growth of our games
- Partner with the creative team to brainstorm, test, and optimize high-performing ad creatives
- Collaborate with growth analysts to evaluate campaign impact and surface actionable insights
- Explore new UA channels and tactics to diversify and improve the marketing mix
- Conduct competitor research using mobile intelligence tools to spot trends and opportunities
- Stay up to date with mobile industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
What Do You Need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (ideally in mobile apps or gaming)
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with campaign data and turning insights into strategy
- Proficient in using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Hands-on experience with leading ASO platforms (e.g. AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action) for optimizing metadata, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing competitor strategies.
- Prior experience working with major social platforms (e.g. Google, Meta) and ad networks (e.g. AppLovin, Unity) is required.
- Experience with retargeting/re-marketing is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
