Your Team's Impact

The Global Sales Support team is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our sales representatives in the field. This person will manage a variety of tasks through processes and systems to help improve the productivity of our client-facing sales team. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with clients and sales teams to execute access requests

  • Work with the Billing Department to investigate inquiries related to client subscriptions, product access, and invoices

  • Manage large invoice restructures due to contract negotiations and/or client mergers and acquisitions

  • Help with execution and documentation of client contracts

  • Support the Revenue Operations team with strategic projects that benefit the sales organization

  • Help promote new features and best practices within FactSet’s IS tools

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a customer service/client-facing role

  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • High degree of attention to detail

  • Strong organization skills

  • Enthusiasm, desire, and a strong sense of initiative

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience with billing/invoicing is a plus

  • Ability to adapt to changing policies and processes and execute tasks accordingly
