Position:

Senior Product Owner

Job Description:

We are seeking a  Senior Product Owner who bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into actionable user stories, and managing the product backlog to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, business analysis, and Agile 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders (PMs, UX, Data, and Business teams) to gather and define business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable software requirements and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Continuously refine and evolve product requirements based on feedback and changing business needs.
• Ensure requirements are consistent, unambiguous, and well-documented.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the development team, ensuring solutions deliver value.
• Support testing and validation efforts to ensure delivered features meet requirements.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software requirements engineering, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and system analysis.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to break down complex business problems into structured technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of UX principles and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
