Agiloft, an AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management Platform and Gartner Magic Quadrant leader, is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer with experience implementing or leveraging artificial intelligence.

Our customers use AI to speed up the import of legacy contract data into their Agiloft instance, streamline third-party paper negotiations, and flag departures from their organization’s accepted contractual language.

We are looking for an individual with significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, along with practical experience applying artificial intelligence in a legal or contract-focused context, to support the evolution of Agiloft’s AI capabilities. This role will include developing a deep understanding of our customers’ AI use cases, contributing to the design and refinement of AI-driven workflows and agentic solutions, and conducting structured evaluation and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs. Your work will directly shape the value our customers derive from Agiloft’s products.
