Global Supply Planning

Job Description

• Support daily supply planning and material coordination activities with internal teams and suppliers.

• Assist in monitoring supply-demand outlook and inventory status to support continuity of supply.

• Help track critical materials and support follow-up actions with GSP Leads and Supply Planners.

• Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, presentations, and planning updates.

• Support purchase order monitoring and help ensure timely material delivery.

• Participate in supply optimization and process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply planning activities.

• Assist in identifying potential supply risks and support mitigation actions.

• Gain exposure to global supply chain operations and international collaboration across multiple time zones.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Internship period of at least 6 months preferred.

• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or Operations.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently with guidance from the team.

• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

• Flexible to support meetings across different time zones when required.
