About the role
Summary:
This role plays a critical part in shaping how assets and inventory are deployed across Poland, directly influencing capital efficiency, financial performance, and customer outcomes. As a key partner to local and regional leaders, you will turn data into insight and strategy into action.
What You Will Do
- Drive asset and inventory optimization across Poland by partnering with Business Unit, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to improve capital efficiency and availability in the field.
- Analyse asset utilization, inventory levels, and return on investment, and deliver clear, data‑based recommendations on consignment levels, asset deployment, and capital investments.
- Own local governance and review processes, ensuring full compliance with financial controls, regulatory standards, and internal audit requirements.
- Manage the full asset lifecycle, including write‑offs, disposals, expiry management, product phase‑in and phase‑out activities, and lifecycle planning.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators related to assets and inventory, providing regular insights to local leadership to support decision‑making.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Tender teams to align asset strategies with commercial priorities.
- Contribute to regional asset and inventory management initiatives by sharing local insights and implementing regional standards and best practices.
What You Will Need
Required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or supply chain and planning roles.
- People management experience.
- Fluency in Polish and in English.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
Preferred
- Lean or continuous improvement certification.
- Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
- Previous experience within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.
