• Role Overview

• As the Head Waiter for the upcoming summer season, you will lead our dining team in providing an atmosphere of refined alpine elegance. Summer at Aman Rosa Alpina is defined by a bright, vibrant energy and outdoor dining experiences. You will ensure that every service—from breakfast on the terrace to sophisticated dinners—is executed with the signature Aman precision, warmth, and discretion.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Summer Service Leadership: Manage the daily flow of the dining room and outdoor terraces, ensuring peak performance during the busy summer months.

  • Team Guidance: Supervise and inspire a seasonal team, ensuring quick integration and adherence to Aman’s world-class service standards.

  • Guest Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for international guests, providing expert advice on our seasonal menus and local ingredients.
