Job Description

Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a KBS Business Support Analyst.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of contracting processes and high-quality data administration. As a Business Support Analyst, you will handle complex tasks within the Sell to Cash process, focusing on data analysis, stakeholder communication, and driving process improvements.

What you will do

  • Validate and enter contractual data into the ERP system, including Customer & Equipment Master Data, Contracts, and Billing.

  • Resolve complex tasks and cases accurately and independently; consolidate available data sources to analyze issues, identify root causes and propose effective corrective actions.

  • Lead and actively participate in calls

  • Act as a buddy to junior colleagues by guiding them and sharing process knowledge.

  • Identify and implement improvements within your own process area using Lean and Lean UX principles.

  • Maintain and enhance process documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and audit compliance/readiness.

  • Support project implementation by performing system and process
    testing.

What you bring

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and any other European language is an advantage.

  • Solutions-focused, curious, clear communicator, with strong decision-making and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced international environment.

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.600Eur/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
