As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team and help scale a high-performing, product-driven fintech organization. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner for teams and managers, driving people initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and performance.

Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance, and offboarding;
  • Partner with tech & non-tech teams to support their effectiveness and growth;
  • Run regular 1:1s, identify risks early, and support employee development;
  • Drive performance review cycles and ensure transparent, consistent processes;
  • Support and improve HR policies and people practices aligned with business needs;
  • Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and decision-making;
  • Contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture;
  • Support engagement initiatives, benefits, and employer branding.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in IT product or fintech companies;
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and performance management;
  • Confidence working with managers and influencing decision-making;
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment;
  • Intermediate+ English.
