Job Responsibilities:

• Make sure each plant's inventory meets the budget and DOI target, meanwhile it provides a strong support to our business at the same time. track monthly inventory level and keep inventory structure heathy, reduce the slow-moving stock as much as possible.
• Provide the best delivery and service to customers, work closely with production department, CSR, WH and QA to avoid any kind of supply issues. Make sure each plant's OTIF rate is over 95% and track the OTIF performance.
• Based on customer demand and stock profile, prepare the production plan and subcontract plan and RM plan. Work closely with PD, CSR, WH and other related department to optimize the master plan and daily plan.
• Create and maintenance master data on time and accurately (including material master and master recipe).
• Collect 12 months rolling demand plan in coordination with sales and operations, continuously integrating new information from customer demands and economic operations.
• Evaluate risks and identify capacity constraints based on the demand. Identify and organize necessary actions in coordination with various departments, and locations for the problem solving.
• Collect data for reginal daily /weekly/ monthly /quarterly /annually report. monitor the trend and analysis the result and provide feasible suggestions /solution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. At least 3 years of relevant Production Planning and Material Planning experience in a chemical /manufacturing environment.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and complex situations in a large group setting
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, coordination, and planning
• Ability to set up and accomplish goals and tasks with teams through teamwork; influencing and leading; negotiation.
• Experience in supply chain planning area and management experience.
• Experience and knowledge of SAP related modules
• Excellent data statistics and analysis skills
• Excellent reporting skill is required
• Excellent people management is required
• Advanced skill on PC and Microsoft Application especially Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Project
• Good at writing and spoken English.
• Good at communicating and coordinating activities for multiple departments
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and solid judgment and be able to work autonomously
• Better have LEAN knowledge and experience on LEAN or WCM improvement projects.

• 收集区域日/周/月/季/年报告数据，监控趋势并分析结果，提供可行的建议和解决方案。

工作要求：

• 本科学历，至少3年化工/制造行业的生产计划和物料计划相关经验
• 能够在大团队环境中清晰沟通想法和复杂状况
• 良好的组织能力，注重细节，擅长协调和规划
• 能够通过团队合作、影响与领导、谈判来设定并完成目标和任务
• 具备供应链计划领域经验及管理经验
• 具有SAP相关模块的经验和知识
• 优秀的数据统计与分析能力报告编写能力
• 优秀的人员管理能力
• 熟练使用PC和微软应用，尤其是PowerPoint、Excel、Microsoft Project
• 良好的英语书面和口语能力
• 擅长多部门沟通与协调活动
• 必须具备出色的问题解决能力和可靠的判断力，能够独立开展工作
• 具备精益知识以及精益或WCM（世界级制造）改进项目的经验者优先
