Job Purpose: Support the Sync team’s efforts to maximize income for Extreme and our artists, whilst servicing the diverse needs of your assigned client group.

What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)

  • Assist the Sync Team (NY & LA) with daily duties like music searches/creative servicing, quoting, sync submission, and live demos.

  • Provide exceptional service to your assigned group of clients (music searches, quotes, music file delivery, account creation, etc.)

  • New Business – identify and proactively seek new business opportunities in the Sync Team’s markets and territories through calls, emails, and in-person activities/events

  • Industry Research – Through publications, conferences, and industry events, stay up to date with the industry, competitive landscape, new product features, services, pricing, news, opportunities and trends relating to current client accounts and/or potential prospects. Manage awards submissions.

  • Field new sign-ups and general contact inquiries, and delegate to appropriate reps.

  • Create automated emailers for the Sync Team (e.g., on-boarding/intro, follow ups, targeted playlists, etc.)

  • Assist in planning client events - venue research/booking, invites, etc.

Who You Are: (skills and experience required)

  • Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor, excellent problem solver

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic

  • Demonstrate experience working effectively in a diverse environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Passionate about Music

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Experience using CRM a plus

  • Some Travel Required

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume and occasional client events may require extended working hours

DISCLAIMER:

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is:

$45,423.00-$64,890.00

This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
