What you will be doing

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Handle check in and check out smoothly, efficiently, and accurately
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and local recommendations throughout their stay
• Create personalised moments that elevate the guest experience
• Process payments, reservations, and administrative tasks with precision
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve challenges with confidence and grace
• Represent the charm, character, and service standards of Pulitzer Amsterdam in every interaction
 

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, or another guest facing role in a luxury hotel is preferred
• A warm, confident, and professional presence with a natural sense of hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for creating meaningful guest experiences
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus
