Responsibilities:

Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts, providing expert guidance on product selection, formulation support, and application troubleshooting.
Identify and resolve customers’ technical challenges, including color inconsistencies, anti-sticking issues, and coating performance across confectionery categories.
Work, train and collaborate with the North American salesforce to strengthen their technical capabilities.
Work with CAPOL R&D teams to translate customer requirements into product prototypes and develop end applications.
Conduct trials, testing, and validation work to support product launches and troubleshooting internally at CAPOL and on-site at customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in food science, or related field strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in confectionery manufacturing
5+ years of experience in food and confectionery formulation
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
Ability to work with CRM
