The Opportunity

• Position: Part-Time (Weekends)

• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | PM Shift

• Location: Walnut Creek, CA

• Pay: $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Create a Great First Impression: Greet visitors, residents, and staff with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage Communications: Operate a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take accurate messages.

• Ensure Safety Protocols: Support visitor check-in procedures to help maintain a secure environment.

• Provide Administrative Support: Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and mail distribution.

• Deliver Excellent Service: Answer questions and guide visitors throughout the facility as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred

• Strong communication skills and a professional presence

• Dependable and able to commit to a weekend schedule

• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Word) and comfort with multi-line phone systems
