For our office in Kyiv, we are looking for Marketing Communication Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication campaigns that strengthen the company’s brand and support business objectives. This role involves creating engaging content for both internal and external communication channels, coordinating marketing projects and events, and collaborating with designers, agencies, and cross-functional teams. The specialist will also analyse marketing performance, manage budgets and documentation, and ensure smooth communication processes while maintaining strong relationships with finance, legal, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, and PR materials.
• Coordinate cooperation with designers, contractors, agencies, and external partners.
• Organize and support Field Days, seminars, conferences, industry exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and communication best practices.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Manage marketing documentation, budgets, SAP processes, contracts, and payment approvals.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications.
• Proven experience managing marketing or communication projects.
• Excellent written Ukrainian language skills and Intermediate+ English level.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience with budgeting, document management, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or Adobe tools is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking, communication, creativity, and deadline management skills.
