The WeightWatchers Finance Team serves as a core driver of the company's business success. This team of experienced financial professionals leverages data analytics and best practices to deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis. These contributions empower strategic decision-making across the organization, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.

What you will do

This is a dynamic role within the finance department, and comes with abundant learning opportunities. You will report to the Director of Finance and will have many opportunities to work with WWs senior management. This is an ideal position for an individual who has gained finance experience in corporate finance or development, consulting and/or strategy, and is now looking for ways to apply those skills at a WW International. 

  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast subscription revenue, membership trends, and key operating drivers 
  • Own monthly pacing analyses, identifying risks and opportunities versus plan and clearly articulating drivers of variance
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate business initiatives into financial impact 
  • Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring assumptions are grounded in data and aligned to strategy 
  • Develop business cases for new product launches and strategic initiatives, including scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling 
  • Design and refine KPIs and operating dashboards to improve visibility into performance and decision-making 
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into cohort performance, pricing, retention, and customer acquisition efficiency 
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership and board discussions, distilling complex analysis into clear, actionable insight
  • Continuously identify process improvements to increase automation, accuracy, and speed within FP&A workflows
