This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Process Optimization & Service Excellence Intern - in Eindhoven with Signify. We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for customer satisfaction. If you match this description, get in touch!
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to customer services initiatives, helping deliver a high‑quality, engaging, and positive customer experience at every interaction.
- Develop compelling, user‑friendly training materials that empower both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Support the rollout of new processes and training assets across the organization to ensure seamless adoption and alignment.
- Partner with global business process experts to deeply understand, map, and elevate current end‑to‑end workflows, always keeping customer impact at the center.
- Identify opportunities, gaps, and experience‑enhancing improvements across existing processes to drive operational excellence and stronger customer engagement.
- Leverage Lean methodologies to design, enhance, and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and elevate the customer journey.
- Define meaningful success metrics and measurement methods to track adoption, performance, and customer‑focused outcomes of newly implemented processes.
- Actively participate in our virtual intern network, collaborating on business cases, enhancing personal development, and expanding your internal professional community.
More about you

- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- An eagerness to learn Lean methodology and process improvement techniques
