Job Details
The Warehouse Associate ensures smooth pharmacy operations by keeping work areas organized and stocked with essential materials. This position is responsible for monitoring equipment performance, addressing minor maintenance needs, and supporting inventory and supply management. The role also involves collaborating with vendors and team members to maintain efficiency while consistently demonstrating AnewHealth’s Core Values.
Responsibilities
Restock ice on packing line and walk-in freezer
Restock shipping supplies in various areas within pharmacy
Maintain the service ticket program
Minor repairs of conveyor as needed
Organize production floor area
Maintain relationships with various vendors
Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

Education
High school diploma/GED required.
Experience
Prior experience with warehouse management, facility maintenance, and/or coordination with external vendors.

Physical/Mental Demands: This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the work shift. The role involves handling materials, operating basic warehouse equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks in a closed-door pharmacy environment. Employees may be exposed to potential hazards such as moving machinery, equipment maintenance chemicals, and sharp objects. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
