About us:

1ZCBI is a strong and diverse Team of 8 people spread across 4 Airbus sites (France, Germany, Spain, India) which today performs: 

• Development of Data Analytic Tool-sets such as Aircraft Reallocation, Configuration Analysis, and Impact Simulation, supporting all A/c Programs.

• Development of Rapid Data Analysis Reports and their industrialisation, mainly on CM Processes. Deployment and Support for 600+ Reports across Programs including A400M.

• Conceptualisation, Modelisation and Development of CM Data Product and its industrialisation

• Prepare and contribute to Next-gen CM Operations & Processes through CM Master Plan, Supporting Lean PLM activities and DDMS.

• Building quickWin Prototypes on new ideas involving latest developments in Machine Learning, Neural Network, Reinforced Learning, Rule based Inference Engines, Knowledge Graphs and Ontology

• Manage, Collaborate and Coordinate stakeholders in cross program Digitalization initiatives to bring in harmonization and rationalization

Specific responsibilities include :

• As an Advanced Data Analyst, you will act as a bridge between IT solutions and the Business end users across all Aircraft Programs to assess, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and  reports to end users. Our IT solutions are deployed in SQL universe as well as in Airbus Big data platform(Skywise) or other Analytic Platforms like Tibco Spotfire. 

• Support the team to deliver Data Analytics Reports or dashboards in collaboration with our Industrialisation partner.

• Create and Propose new Ideas to derive meaningful insights from Aircraft Configuration Data and to study and visualize the impact in the downstream processes

• React rapidly to end users feedback, manage productive relationships with the stakeholders

Your Boarding Pass : 

• You have very good command and control over Programming Languages such as Python, Pyspark and SQL 

• You have advanced hands-on skills to prepare and visualize data in a meaningful manner with Skywise technologies. 2 years of relevant experience in Skywise technologies is desirable.

• Good understanding of Big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark and Graph technologies such as Neo4j.

• Basic knowledge of Cloud Services such as Amazon Web Services.

• You carry relevant experience in leading projects with good communication, coordination & reporting.

• You have the right attitude and temperament to work in a high pressure environment

• You appreciate diversity and open to work in multicultural environment and teams

• You believe in perseverance and Integrity, and put business interest in front

• As a data analyst, you ask the right questions and curiosity to dig deeper into the details

• You are willing to fail rather than holding back from taking responsibility

• Good to Have Skills: In-depth knowledge of overall Configuration Management with specific background of Configuration Steering (MOD/MP stack, CIN stack, Effectivities Calculation)
