Your Role

As a Brand Designer at Gensler, you will focus on creating and elevating brand identities through innovative and impactful design solutions. Leveraging your expertise in branding, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver designs that resonate across various platforms and media. This role requires a strong foundation in branding principles, creative design skills, and technical proficiency in design software.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute creative concepts reinforcing and enhancing brand identities across diverse media channels.
  • Develop and conceptualize wayfinding solutions, applying expertise in materiality, spatial understanding, architectural plans and elevations, and construction processes.
  • Create visual assets, including brand guidelines, promotional materials, social media content, presentations, and environmental branding elements.
  • Generate and refine multiple initial concepts into documented design solutions that address client needs.
  • Prepare production-ready documentation and artwork for digital, print, and environmental branding applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain consistency and cohesion in branding across various platforms and applications.
  • Stay informed on design trends, branding strategies, and emerging tools to keep Gensler at the forefront of innovative design.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, or a related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in branding, signage or graphic design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop), Figma and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered design and creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Flux, or similar) to support concept development, visual exploration, and design workflows.
  • Familiarity with Miro, Weavy, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD are highly desirable.
  • 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, signage or graphic design.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and their application in branding.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
