UX Designer

Simpro powers field service businesses around the globe. We're looking for a UX Designer who's energised by moving fast, curious about what users actually need, and comfortable designing across web and mobile in a SaaS environment where AI tools are part of the daily workflow.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to define functional requirements and shape new features from concept through to polished, production-ready designs

• Wireframe, prototype, and iterate quickly; using AI-assisted tools to speed up exploration without sacrificing intent

• Contribute to and follow the design system and component guidelines set by the Senior UX Designer, ensuring consistency across products

• Work closely with developers throughout design, build, and testing; you understand how your designs get implemented and you help get it right

• Participate in user research sessions and help synthesise findings into design decisions

• Advocate for users in cross-functional conversations and flag usability issues early

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and/or mobile applications

• A portfolio showing real product work; wireframes, flows, final UI, and the reasoning behind decisions

• Experience with AI design tools (Figma AI, v0, or similar) or a genuine eagerness to adopt them

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS/SASS; enough to collaborate confidently with front-end engineers

• Clear communicator, both in presenting design rationale and in daily cross-functional work
