What You'll Be Doing

Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on sand and gravel plant equipment
Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safe, reliable operation
Install, adjust, and replace components such as belts, bearings, motors, and pumps
Collaborate with plant leadership to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status
