Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

・協力会社および顧客との折衝・調整業務

・空調機器トラブル発生時の状況整理および一次対応

・空調機器の仕様・スペックに関する説明

・技術担当者（サービスエンジニア等）との確認・調整

✅ Must have（必須要件）

・空調機器に関する実務経験（目安10年以上）　※業務用／家庭用いずれの経験でも可・顧客対応の実務経験　※現場でお客様に直接対応されていた方も歓迎

✅ Nice to have（歓迎要件）

・カスタマーサービス、アフターサービスの経験・協力会社や技術部門との調整業務経験
