- Lead short‑term liquidity oversight, cash positioning review, and cash planning.
- Own monthly/quarterly cash forecasting cycles including inputs, analysis, and reporting.
- Enhance liquidity modeling and support working capital insights for operations.
- Coordination with Accounting on Treasury financial entries.
- Execute short‑term investments and support strategic allocation decisions.
- Build and maintain investment dashboards.
- Coordination with Accounting on Treasury financial entries.
- Execute FX trades (spot/forward/hedging), maintain exposure logs, and prepare insight summaries.
- Coordination with Accounting on Treasury financial entries.
- Lead credit reviews for counterparties, JV structures, investment vehicles, or new banking partners.
- Maintain credit frameworks and support credit RACI alignment across departments.
- Ensure controls around payments, entitlements, bank account governance, documentation, and covenant compliance.
- Collaborate with other team members on cash operations and bank administration.
- Support Kyriba workflows, automation opportunities, and treasury systems optimization.
- Assist with the development of CFO‑ready decks, summarizing performance, insights, and risks.
- Conduct market, macroeconomics, treasury, and credit research.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and narrative insights.
- Partner with project teams on JV banking, FX exposure, funding needs, and cash cycles.
- Support other departments with treasury expertise and analytics.
- Mentor and coach Treasury Analysts on the team.
- Coordinate execution with the Director of Treasury.
- Maintain a high level of discipline, visibility, and partnership across the enterprise.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
- 8-10 years treasury experience
- Strong, well-rounded background in bank account management / cash pooling, treasury systems, investment, cash flow and liquidity, hedging, and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator with experience presenting to financial executives and upper management
- Ability to operate at high pace and with high accuracy
- MBA degree
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) (obtained or in progress)
- Experience in construction or capital‑intensive industries
- Located in Denver, CO
