Job Responsibilities:
Das Besondere an dieser Position
- Ganzheitliches Management von Gebäuden, Anlagen, Einrichtungen und Infrastrukturen unter Berücksichtigung von Energieeffizienz, Umweltaspekten und Security
- Konzept- und Angebotserstellung für technische Dienstleistungen und Fremdhandwerkern inkl. deren Beaufsichtigung
- Security Management Beauftragter gem. Magna Security Policy
- Beauftragung und Betreuung externer Dienstleister und Fremdhandwerkern z.B. wiederkehrende Prüfung für Krane, Lichtgitter, etc.
- Einholung von Angeboten inkl. Bestellerfassung
- Begleitung von internen und externen Audits sowie Überwachung wiederkehrender Wartungsarbeiten
- Umsetzung von Maßnahmen aus dem BVW – Prozess
- Unterstützung bei Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Ausarbeitung von TPM-Maßnahmen
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung idealerweise zum Mechatroniker, Elektroniker oder Industriemechaniker
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im Bereich Facility Management
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word) und SAP
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
