Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components and subassemblies following technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions.
- Operate hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect and verify completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Rework or reassemble units as required to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical assembly experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
Compensation Information:
$24.50 - $25.00/hr depending on experience.
