What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all team members
  • Work hours are Monday thru Friday 6pm to 6am

What Are We Looking For

  • Background in aggregates preferred
  • Mining experience preferred (crushing, screening)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams
  • Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions
  • Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of operations
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams

Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
