Role Overview

We are seeking a senior, well-rounded technical leader to our AI Solution Engineering team. This role is pivotal in driving the design, implementation workflows. In addition to excellent technical skills, you also need to lead a global team of AI engineers, coach them toward technical and delivery excellence, and manage complex stakeholder relationships across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize production-grade LLM-based AI solutions. Includes but not limited to workflow design, build scale RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, and iteration of LLMs and transformer-based models, etc.

• Wrap and expose AI solutions as scalable, well-documented APIs for internal and external consumption

• Client engagement on deep-dive technical consultations to align problems with high-impact solutions.

• Drive the technical execution of scalable, high-performance AI annotation workflows

• Lead and grow a globally distributed team of AI Solutions Engineers

• Coach AI engineers on best practices, architecture fundamentals, and delivery maturity

• Optimize inference and deployment via LLMOps workflows

• Translate business needs into actionable AI engineering plans and outcomes

• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in tooling and workflow design

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in engineering technical leadership (include 3 years LLM experience), excellent in LLM AI/ML and data-centric environments

• Proficiency with Python, API development frameworks (FastAPI, Flask), and experience wrapping AI workflows into production-ready RESTful APIs

• Strong experience in building, deploying, and scale AI agents, Workflows, RAG through LLMOps (such as Azure Foundry, AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Google Vertex AI/AI Studio, Dify), and APIs Wrapping.

• Strong experience with LLMs, and fine-tuning models

• Comfortable cooperate with different region/time zone members, with a strong ownership mindset

• Comfortable with with LLMOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring)

• Strong technical leadership, communications, quick response.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced AI environments

What You Bring

• Strong experience with LLM AI/ML systems, building, deploying, workflow creating, RAG, fine-tuning, etc. And, understanding HIL workflows will be better

• Excellent experience for LLM AI Production solutions developing, communicating in-depth technical issues and solutions to clients, building overall AI capabilities

• Solid coding skills in Python, with hands-on experience building and deploying APIs using FastAPI or Flask to expose AI pipelines, models, and workflows as services (REST, GraphQL, etc.)

• Excellent communication with strategic thinking and execution focus

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (such as Azure Foundry, AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Google Vertex AI/AI Studio, Dify)

• Familiarity with data pipelines and scalable AI engineering practices
