Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the import and export processes of goods.
• Maintain close communication with customs brokers, carriers, and other parties involved in foreign trade operations.
• Monitor and control import and export processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the correct documentation required.
• Execute import and export operations, ensuring compliance with the company's quality systems.
• Ensure the correct classification of imported and exported materials and products in accordance with customs regulations.
• Support in the procurement of comparator drugs for clinical trials.
• Preparation of reports required by clients and/or the company.
• Assistance with procedures before government agencies (COFEPRIS).
• Training on company systems and/or tools that enable the performance of related activities (GxP).
• Other tasks may be required to meet business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Basic Requirements:

• Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet.
• English (Intermediate-Advanced).
• Knowledge of international customs regulations and procedures, as well as transportation and logistics procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education/Experience:

• Graduates in administration, commerce, and international business.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in similar areas.
