Responsabilidades
- Ejecutar la estrategia de contenido y comunidad, definiendo narrativa y tono de voz alineados con los objetivos y la identidad de marca en plataformas digitales.
- Crear y gestionar el calendario de contenidos, asegurando la producción end-to-end de piezas atractivas y relevantes para nuestras audiencias en colaboración con el equipo creativo.
- Identificar y capitalizar tendencias culturales, comportamientos emergentes y nuevas oportunidades para transformarlas en contenido.
- Ser la persona responsable de generar contenidos de forma ágil y espontánea para enriquecer nuestras narrativas de manera proactiva.
- Protagonizar y participar activamente en la creación de contenido en vídeo, desde la ideación y el guion, hasta la grabación y edición con herramientas como CapCut.
- Fomentar la escucha activa, facilitar la interacción proactiva y dinamizar la construcción de una comunidad sólida y comprometida.
- Trabajar de forma coordinada con los equipos de creatividad, estrategia y cuentas.
Requisitos
- Experiencia de 2-3 años demostrables en gestión de comunidades y creación de contenido ✍️, preferiblemente en agencia o equipos de marketing digital.
- Conocimiento: Profundo en plataformas como TikTok , Instagram y YouTube ▶️, y otras redes sociales relevantes.
- Análisis y Estrategia: Capacidad para analizar métricas y optimizar estrategias de contenido y engagement .
- Habilidades: Alta autonomía, proactividad, rapidez en la ejecución y un sólido criterio creativo ✨.
- Pasión: Por la cultura digital , el ecosistema de creadores de contenido y las últimas innovaciones
- Idiomas: Español e Inglés (nivel avanzado/profesional valorable).
