More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Apodaca with Signify.

• Owns end-to-end management of strategic suppliers, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality, and alignment with business strategy.

• Leads commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, MOQs, Incoterms) and drives cost savings and competitiveness initiatives.

• Manages supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, QBRs, audits, and corrective action plans.

• Defines and executes supplier strategy, including segmentation, consolidation, and risk reduction.

• Acts as the primary supplier interface, collaborating cross-functionally to support new product introductions and sourcing decisions.

More about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with strong exposure to inventory management and strategic planning.

• Solid experience managing suppliers, contracts, price negotiations, inventory, and rebates. Strong market knowledge and market intelligence, including exposure to commodities such as aluminum and copper, with a clear ownership mindset.

• Supply Chain or Logistics certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP) are a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English is a must.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% as required.

*This is a hybrid position located in Apodaca.
