Was du machst
- Du recherchierst neue Konzepte und Ideen und unterstützt unsere Creative Marketing Manager:innen bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen.
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Artistbetreuung und unterstützt z.B bei: Creator:innen Kampagnen, Erstellung und Pflege von Fan Accounts, Planung und Durchführung von Promo Aktionen, Gewinnspielen & Events, Videodrehs und Fotoshootings. Außerdem schneidest du Videos, erstellst Grafiken und haust auch mal den ein oder anderen Text für einen Newsletter raus.
- Du supportest bei der Vertragserstellung für Video- und Fotoverträge.
Wer du bist
- Am Musikbusiness interessiert dich die Bedeutung von Marketing – speziell im Bereich Socials, YouTube, Twitch & Co.
- Du bist trend-affin und weißt, was im Bereich Musik gerade zündet und verstehst weshalb.
- Du weißt wie man Videos schneidet und Grafiken erstellt, Captions schreibst und kennst dich außerdem mit allen Funktionen von TikTok und Instagram bestens aus.
- Du sprichst Deutsch. Und du sprichst Englisch.
- Du arbeitest genau. Du bist proaktiv. Auf dich kann man sich verlassen.
- Du arbeitest nicht nur ab, sondern denkst weiter und bringst deine Ideen aktiv mit ein.
- Du bist offen und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu.
