The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operation Analytics will work closely with the SVP of Client Development Sales revenue and Operations and the Head of Direct Client Development to optimize Mercer Advisors’ direct-to-consumer engine to achieve its ambitious client acquisition goals. Mercer Advisors is uniquely positioned within the RIA space to be an industry leader in digital marketing and sales, and this Director will play a crucial role in developing Mercer Advisors’ strategy through analytics. The Sr. Manager of Analytics must have a proven track record of overseeing marketing, sales, and customer analytics, leveraging data to drive performance across the funnel and informing strategic growth opportunities. Candidates should have experience leading both standardized reporting and leadership updates, as well as ad-hoc deep dive analyses to recommend opportunities for growth. |
