Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operation Analytics will work closely with the SVP of Client Development Sales revenue and Operations and the Head of Direct Client Development to optimize Mercer Advisors’ direct-to-consumer engine to achieve its ambitious client acquisition goals. Mercer Advisors is uniquely positioned within the RIA space to be an industry leader in digital marketing and sales, and this Director will play a crucial role in developing Mercer Advisors’ strategy through analytics.

The Sr. Manager of Analytics must have a proven track record of overseeing marketing, sales, and customer analytics, leveraging data to drive performance across the funnel and informing strategic growth opportunities. Candidates should have experience leading both standardized reporting and leadership updates, as well as ad-hoc deep dive analyses to recommend opportunities for growth.

 

Essential Job Functions for this role include:

  • Monitor performance across the funnel & analyze results
    • Track through-funnel performance with a view into campaign performance/spend and sales team performance/capacity, providing clear KPIs on a regular basis; proactively flag changes in performance and identify root causes.
    • Track the performance of specific initiatives aimed at driving growth (e.g., sales cadences/touchpoints, tools) via A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.
  • Provide optimization recommendations & drive the learning agenda
    • Lead regular deep dives into areas of opportunity across both marketing and sales, e.g., analyzing the viability of new marketing channels, projecting the effectiveness of rolling out specific tools.
    • Conduct analysis of prospect data to drive recommendations for growth.
    • Identify areas for optimization in campaign or team performance and coordinate cross-functionally to assign owners and next steps; provide testing recommendations based on in-depth analysis.
