As a Technical Producer, you will own a portfolio of support, maintenance, and enhancement work across client retainers. Partnering closely with engineering teams, you’ll drive high-quality delivery, optimise workflows, and build strong, trusted client relationships. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Oversee the delivery of technical enhancements, website support, and maintenance across the technical portfolio of client retainers, partnering closely with the dedicated development team to manage workloads effectively and ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Drive backlog refinement and capacity planning, utilising Kanban boards and Agile principles to optimise workflow, ensure consistent velocity, and manage the flow of work efficiently across the portfolio.
- Foster strong collaboration across internal and client teams, leveraging Agile/Scrum principles to remove bottlenecks, enhance workflow efficiency, and solve technical challenges.
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, cultivating trusted, long-term partnerships while effectively managing expectations and communicating risks and progress.
