More about this role

• Supervise the achievement of objectives by the assigned client/account, in alignment with the strategy established by MDLZ. • Ensure monthly compliance with key KPIs (Sell In, Sell Out, Coverage, Must Stock List). • Ensure the implementation and execution of marketing strategies (new products) and trade marketing strategies (point of sale) in the traditional channel (retail and wholesale), ensuring that the assigned account meets monthly objectives. • Maintain a consistent routine of supervision and execution with the team in charge to guarantee that the business guidelines are being applied. • Evaluate sales figures and design strategies according to service models to ensure the achievement of objectives. • Oversee the maintenance of customer data and routes to guarantee proper visit execution and reliable information for decision-making. • Monitor days of inventory (DOIs) at the point of sale as well as in the assigned account.

What you need to know about this position:

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (preferred). • English language proficiency (Intermediate level). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. • Experience in multinational companies or companies operating in the traditional channel. • Demonstrated strategic skills, organizational abilities, communication skills, decision-making capacity, ability to work under pressure, experience in client negotiation, and team management.
