Responsibilities:

Continuously improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Analyzes data to identify patterns and optimize workflows and processes.
Monitors KPIs and uses technology to ensure goal achievement.
Promotes a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Develops training materials, provides training, and mentors Apprentices and Technicians.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field or an advanced degree with equivalent years of experience.
• Relevant professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Applicable certifications, system experience, and training.
• Professional‑level English skills preferred.
• Team communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of customer requirements and new technologies.
