根据Kanban原则执行收料和发料并有效管理物料看板卡 库存物资要按类别（入库、出库）

建立帐册，帐册要保管妥当. 帐册上的数据要与库存实际物资相符合，

若不符则应查明原因，及时处理. 库房要注意防火、防盗，保持库内清洁、卫生、通风

接受主管安排的临时性生产支持任务（在不违反安全与质量前提下）
