Location Overview
Join our team in Aman Rosa Alpina. Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy.
Role
Under the supervision of the Spa Manager, the Spa Receptionist is responsible for the entire spa operations and administration, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office.
Responsibilities
Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally to appropriately for assistance.
Greet and escort guests and members in a friendly and polite manner.
Be knowledgeable about entire facility and products to explain and sell.
Cashier/Payment.
Treatment bookings/scheduling.
Reception opening and closing procedures.
Conduct spa tour to guests.
Ensure smooth operation of reception.
Maintain office files.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years working experience at a Spa or Hotel.
Verbal and written proficiency in English and Italian is preferred.
PC Skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Strong interest in wellness field.
Strong interest/hobbies in cosmetics, exercise or sports.
