主要工作內容:
- 電話開發潛在客戶,透過介紹平台及產品促成潛在客戶成為新客戶
- 與業務開發團隊合作,安排客戶拜訪和會議,確保完善的銷售流程
- 精確地從潛在客戶名單機會中發掘出新客戶,以及判斷新客戶的需求
- 將客戶的詢問轉化為銷售機會
- 幫助提高銷售機會的效率
- 利用電話方式維護客戶關係,並能夠針對客戶回饋進行商業分析
職務需求:
- 3年以上業務經驗
- 大學學士或以上
- 文書處理能力
- 親切/良好的溝通協調能力
- 英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
加分項目
- 熟悉Advanced Excel
- 熟悉Power BI
- 熟悉Salesforce
