Job Description

In this role, you will closely collaborate with sales, marketing and communication networks and partners in Latin America and globally to support Valmet’s Flow Control business forward. Your role will be to develop and implement Flow Control Latin America marketing reference to build and improve Valmet’s visibility consistently. You will also develop and maintain trade media and partner network. 

You will develop the digital marketing plan for Flow Control business area in Latin America, and plan initiatives to build customer engagement in all touchpoints during customer journey and develop lead generation activities and lead management. Develop key account marketing network and activities will be part of the role. Besides, you will be responsible for follow-up marketing KPIs and delivery reports for the events and marketing actions.  

The main purpose of the position is to increase awareness and consideration for Valmet’s solutions for pulp and paper, energy, mining, and wide base of process industries in Latin America in accordance with global and regional strategies for Flow Control business.  

 
Responsibilities

  • Developing the marketing plan and roadmap for Flow Control Latin America to take forward the business and build Valmet’s brand. 
  • Implementing the plan together with sales, FC global Marketing and Valmet’s marketing network and partners, including digital content, customer engagement programs and events, global product/solution launches in Latin America.  
  • Adapting and localizing global marketing campaigns for the market area.
  • Developing lead generation activities and lead management. 
  • Support external communications for Flow Control business area in Latin America. 
  • Budgeting and follow-up of marketing activities. 

To be successful in this role

  • Relevant academic degree in marketing and communications or business. 
  • Several years of relevant working experience in Marketing for industries B2B.
  • Desirable previous experience in the Valve’s market.
  • Good understanding of multichannel marketing; content creation and distribution. 
  • Digital marketing capability, such as social media, marketing automation, customer engagement, and experience from related tools, as Salesforce & Pardot, Episerver, GoToWebinar.   
  • Project management skills and results and solutions-oriented approach. 
  • Very good co-operational skills, ability to network and maintain good working relationships across an international matrix organization. 
  • Positive outlook and adaptability to changing circumstances. 
  • Be customer centricity.
  • Excellent communications skills in written and spoken in English and Spanish.  
  • Fluent Portuguese.
  • Availability to live in Sorocaba/SP/Brazil region.
  • Willingness to travel.
