  • Support the reconciliation and reporting of the Group’s foreign exchange position.

  • Undertake value-adding process improvement projects, including supporting working groups on accounting policy, standards changes and the impact on reporting systems.

  • Support the development of reporting capability and understanding across the business, including sharing best practice.

Position Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW or equivalent) with relevant financial experience.

  • Experience in Group Financial Reporting, Financial Control, External Reporting, Audit, or a similar technical finance environment

  • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial reporting principles.

  • Experience supporting statutory reporting processes, financial statement disclosures, and external audit activity.

  • Exposure to group consolidation processes and external reporting cycles.

  • Experience working within a complex, multi-entity and/or multi-currency environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across different levels of the organisation.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using financial reporting systems.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience using Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Value-Based Management (VBM), or similar consolidation/reporting systems

  • Experience in a large, complex or listed organisation

  • Experience supporting or working closely with Investor Relations or senior executive reporting
