Your Career Roadmap

The program is structured to transform you from a graduate into a high-level Finance Controller through three strategic phases:

• Phase 1 (3 Months): Foundation – Deep dive into Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Phase 2 (6 Months): Expertise – Skill calibration and expertise in GL activities. Phase 3 (10 Months): Business Insight – Skill calibration and transition into Finance reporting & analysis.

The Ultimate Goal: After successful completion of full program and final calibration, you will have the opportunity to join our Finance Controller/Analyst team.

Flexibility: Found your passion early? There is a possibility to transition into a role within any of these departments during the program!

Recruitment Process

• Online Competence Test: Selected applicants will be invited to take a 30-minute test (20 multiple-choice questions).
• Onsite Workshop: Join our Assessment Center on May 26 OR 27, 2026 (9 AM – 4 PM). Show us your skills in an Excel test and a complex business case study.
