We are looking for a skilled Salesforce professional with hands-on experience in Veeva CRM to design, develop, and support solutions for life sciences clients. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities along with Veeva-specific functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).
• Work on Veeva modules such as:
  • Call Planning
  • CLM (Closed Loop Marketing)
  • Approved Email
  • MyInsights
  • Events Management
• Perform data migration, integration, and validation using tools like Data Loader.
• Integrate Veeva CRM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Support deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and Veeva best practices.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (must-have).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Apex programming
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Flows, Validation Rules).
• Experience in integration and APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).
• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Veeva Align is a plus.
