About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM Coordinator to join our team and support CRM operations for one of the most important automotive brands in the region.
This role is key to ensuring impactful, data-driven communications across multiple markets and channels, working closely with cross-functional teams within the agency and the client side.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end CRM initiatives, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand objectives.
- Manage CRM journeys, lifecycle strategies, customer segmentation, and campaign workflows.
- Collaborate with creative, data, media, and client teams to ensure seamless multichannel activation.
- Lead and support the CRM team, providing guidance, task prioritization, and operational alignment.
- Monitor CRM performance, generate insights, and recommend continuous optimizations.
- Ensure correct implementation of CRM best practices, data governance, and compliance.
- Liaise directly with the automotive client to understand needs, present roadmaps, and communicate progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM coordination, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle roles.
- Experience managing customer journeys and CRM strategies end to end.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other major CRM/MA platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe, Braze, Dynamics).
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Experience leading or coordinating teams.
- Solid analytical mindset and ability to interpret KPIs for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English required (written and spoken).
- Portuguese is a plus.
