Position: Director, Regional Commercial Strategy, Autoantibody Disease
Purpose of the Role
Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, performance, and competitiveness of the APAC Autoantibody portfolio (gMG, wAIHA, SjD, SLE), with accountability spanning:
- Early pipeline shaping
- Launch excellence (including IMAAVY and future indications)
- In-market growth and lifecycle optimization
- Positioning APAC as a critical contributor to Global Immunology strategy
Key Scope & Accountabilities
- Regional ownership of the Autoantibody portfolio across APAC
- Full lifecycle responsibility from pipeline through launch and growth
- Enterprise-level strategic planning and execution
- Investment prioritization and ROI optimization
- Leadership of cross-functional regional ecosystem and OpCo alignment
- Influence on both regional execution and global strategic direction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- A minimum of eight (8) years of professional Sales and Sales Management or Marketing and/or Marketing Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required.
- A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Marketing Management or a Commercial Excellence / Analytics function is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a cross functional / cross geographic team is strongly preferred.
- Team leadership experience
- Therapeutic area expertise preferred
- Up to 50% travel across APAC
