The Position

Job Summary

The SHE Intern will support the Safety, Health, Environment, and Security team in the continuous improvement of the SHE management system. This role provides hands-on SHE documentation, contributing to a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with critical thinking the identification of occupational health and safety risks.

• Assist in the development, review, and documentation of Critical Tasks procedures, safe work instructions and chemical management

• Collaborate in the development of SHE related documentation.

• Assist in chemical documentation processes, including inventories, labeling SGA, safety data sheets (SDS), and storage compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote SHE awareness and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Occupational Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Ability to critically identify, analyze, and anticipate occupational safety hazards and risks.

• Understanding of critical tasks, safe work procedures and chemical management.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

• Intermediate level of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of SHE standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NFPA).

• Experience with documentation control or process mapping
