For our Prague office, we are currently looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team and support our business growth.

Role overview

The Senior Digital Project Manager is responsible for coordination efforts across an agency and manages multiple junior project management team members across the department. This role is responsible for organizing, monitoring and routes all jobs through the agency for portfolio of brands.

 
Key responsibilities 

• Develop and manage digital projects in collaboration with project managers, creatives, copywriters, and developers to integrate digital efforts seamlessly into the overall marketing mix.
• Coordinate asset production from intake to delivery. 
• Manage timelines, priorities, and resource allocation. 
• Utilize AGILE methodology to handle concurrent complex, high-volume, fast-paced campaigns and projects.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and production teams. 
• Ensure smooth execution of testing and validation phases. 

Required skills 

• 4-6 years of previous experience in Digital Marketing and advertising agency.
• Experience in digital production or content operations. 
• Leverage strong knowledge of JIRA for project management and familiarity with other tools like Figma for design and Salesforce for CRM.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Multi-tasking and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams. 
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have 

• Experience in high-volume or industrialized production environments. 
• Familiarity with marketing or CRM ecosystems.
