Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to provide high-quality therapy services to our residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and functional performance
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, strengthening, safety, and adaptive equipment
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Support short-term rehab and long-term care residents

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio OTR license required
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
