Job Description

Oversee and/or participate in stand set up and closing procedures.  Ensure that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked.  Order replacement stock. Efficiently and accurately complete any required paperwork. Ensure staff are adhering to alcohol policies. Manage staff to ensure food prep meets guidlines set by Legends and the board of Health. Must be knowledgeable of all positions, will and able to fill any position in any location, if needed.

Knowledges of POS systems. Assist with scheduling. Extensive knowledge of food & beverage. Interact with guest in friendly, positive & professional demeanor. Maintain a clean, neat & safe environment. Work as a team. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
